Training

The core importance is to train the machine operators to both work the machinery and fully understand the well construction process. Ideally suitable drill crew might have little former experience and indeed high education - to be connected to the local population is often a valuable attribute to encourage direct management and responsibility for their own water supplies.

Transfer of technology and knowledge is our direct goal. We design specific courses tailored to our customer's needs and field conditions. From this 'hands on' 'on the job' training capacity we have built extensive field experience and also able to train management staff on the aspect of overall management of a drilling operation, the costing, planning, logistics, reporting and safe working practices.

Further we recognise the value of well-trained employees who can optimize production and services to meet our customers requirements. We invest time and money with all our employees to improve their personal skills whether they are factory floor learning a manufacturing technique or drilling staff learning an alternative drilling method.
